Booking Times

EXTERNAL CAKES
We're happy to store it in our fridge, slice it, and serve it to your guests for a cakeage fee of £10 for tables of up to 14 guests. For larger groups, the fee is £20.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book a table in advance?
While walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, we recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, Afternoon Tea, special occasions and larger groups.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please let us know when making your booking and remind your server on arrival.
What happens if I'm running late?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you're delayed. We'll do our best to hold your table, although this may not always be possible during busy periods.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Families are welcome at Palm House and we offer options suitable for younger guests.
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our courtyard dining areas. Please contact us if you'd like to check availability before your visit.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available next to The Packhouse for all Palm House guests.
How long do I have my table for?
Our standard dining reservations are allocated either 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours, depending on the booking type and party size.
Can I request a longer table reservation?
Absolutely. If you'd like a more relaxed or leisurely dining experience, please contact us by email after making your online booking and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
