DEPOSITS FOR AFTERNOON TEAS

100% refund with 2 days notice

0% refund with less than 2days notice

Please note that this policy also applies to any Covid/Pandemic related cancellations too.

DEPOSITS FOR BABY SHOWER AFTERNOON TEAS 

Menu choices, dietary requests and allergens must be advised 24hrs prior to the event.

100% Value of deposits can be refunded onto gift vouchers (valid for 3 moths) if cancelled with 7 days notice, if the baby shower is not rescheduled.

0% refund with less than 7 days notice

Please note that this policy also applies to any Covid/ Pandemic related cancellations too.

0% refund less than 28 days notice

DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENT  REFUND POLICY FOR PRIVATE HIRE

Food and Beverage orders to be finalised and paid in full 14 days prior to the event.

50% refund for the food and beverage order within 14 days of the event

0% refund for the food and beverage order within 7 days of the event

The £500 deposit for securing the date is non-refundable.
