Vouchers

£5 off Voucher – Full Terms & Conditions

  1. This voucher entitles you to £5 off a single purchase in Our Sister Business The Packhouse Store, redeemable once per customer.

  2. It may be used on Packhouse’s own products (located on the ground floor).

  3. To redeem, simply present your completed voucher to our customer service team at checkout.

  4. A minimum spend of £25 applies (this can include multiple items).

  5. For purchases over £500, you’ll instead receive a 10% discount in place of the £5 voucher.

  6. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.

  7. One voucher per person per transaction.

  8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or voucher.

  9. Please keep your voucher safe — lost, damaged, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

  10. Vouchers are valid for one month from the issue date.

  11. Packhouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, while ensuring fairness to participants

100% refund with 2 days notice

0% refund with less than 2days notice​​

DEPOSITS FOR BABY SHOWER AFTERNOON TEAS 

Menu choices, dietary requests and allergens must be advised 5days prior to the event with full payment.

100% Value of deposits can be refunded onto gift vouchers (valid for 3 moths) if cancelled with 7 days notice, if the baby shower is not rescheduled.

0% refund with less than 7 days notice​​

Menu choices, dietary requests and allergens must be advised 5days prior to the event with full payment.

100% refund with 7 days notice

0% refund less than 7 days notice​

DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENT  REFUND POLICY FOR PRIVATE HIRE

Food and Beverage orders to be finalised and paid in full 14 days prior to the event.

50% refund for the food and beverage order within 14 days of the event

0% refund for the food and beverage order within 7 days of the event

The £500 deposit for securing the date is non-refundable.
