Welcome to The Coffee House, the relaxed takeaway sister café to Palm House, located beside The Packhouse. A perfect spot to pause, unwind, and enjoy the sunshine, The Coffee House offers great coffee, light bites, sweet treats, and a laid-back garden setting complete with unique garden pods and tables beside the pond.
New for summer, we’re now serving delicious Yarde ice cream for both humans and dogs, alongside wine available by the glass — perfect for relaxed afternoons in the sun. Dogs are always welcome throughout the grounds, making it an ideal stop for the whole family.

Enjoy a range of seasonal takeaway refreshments including fabulous Ice Creams and Smoothies available to purchase from the counter of The Coffee House.
WINE AVAILABLE BY THE GLASS
Red and White wine available to enjoy from in the Packhouse Pod garden. From just £6.95 a glass.

GARDEN PODS
You are welcome to find a seat anywhere in the outdoor garden area of The Packhouse including the picnic tables and garden pods (if not reserved by The Palm House Restaurant). You are also welcome to enjoy your takeaway drinks whilst browsing The Packhouse store. View our Pod Use Policy here
FRESH PASTRIES
Enjoy a range of takeaway refreshments including hot drinks and fresh pastries available to purchase from the counter of The Coffee House.
FRESH water FoR PETS
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome all year long in The Coffee House takeaway garden or outdoor pods. Bowls of fresh water are also available from the counter.
No Reservations needed
Tables and Pods are allocated on a first come first served basis for customers visiting The Coffee House Takeaway. We have a wide range of outdoor seating and semi-covered pods etc so a table can be found very easily.
If you are looking to book a table The Palm House Restaurant offers indoor seating and also has its own outside Courtyard area . During the summer months it is also possible to book The Garden Pods for Afternoon Tea via the restaurant.

Pod Use Policy
Our luxury garden pods are for customer relaxation and socialising:
• Recreational use only – not for private work use.
• Time limit: 1 hour maximum
• Food & Drink: Enjoy Coffee House purchases only (no external food)
Please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided and leave the pods as you found them during your visit.
Private Pod Dining / Business Use
Available to book or rent with Palm House Restaurant service. Please ask a member of staff or emIL for details.

Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs - With clear identification, are very welcome anywhere on site including the restaurant, courtyard, garden pods, The Coffee House Takeaway and Packhouse Store.
ESA and pet dogs - Are not allowed in any indoor areas of The Palm House Restaurant and Packhouse Store.
However pets are very welcome inside The Coffee House Takeaway and in the sheltered seating areas of our Garden Pods. During the summer months well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in our restaurant courtyard.
Dog Bowls - with fresh water are available on request from The Coffee House counter.If you are being accompanied by your dog, please advise us at the time of your table booking.
