Asst. F&B Manager - Circa £23,000

Your day to day;

  • Working alongside the Food and Beverage manager to deliver fantastic hospitality and deputising in their absence

  • Taking responsibility for all of the business operations when you are on shift

  • Stock levels and ordering

  • Taking control of rotas

  • Managing staff levels to meet payroll budgets with agreed targets

  • Managing and developing the skills of your team

  • Being the point of call for any management

  • Serving food, taking reservations and looking after guests.

  • When needed, being hands on with food service, reservations, and looking after guests

Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for an assistant Manager with a passion for people and head for business to be the second in command of our restaurant

You will need to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the business.

Assistant Manager is a key part of our leadership team but you will also need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service.

We need someone with previous experience of working within a busy, food-led operation – exposure to supervisory or management duties is essential.

Our business is open 7 days a week with evening events so you will need to be flexible with the times you can work, approximately 40 hours per week.

Hourly rate + a share of the Tronc (currently approx £2 per hour)

You will need a car, or bicycle as we are in a slightly remote location.
